The service
Ghalio provides cloud retention, storage, and browser-based playback of video recordings ingested from your CCTV/DVR devices. Service availability, retention windows, and capacity depend on the plan you select.
Accounts and responsibilities
You are responsible for the security of your account credentials, for the lawful operation of your cameras, and for ensuring you have the right to record and store the footage you upload. You must comply with applicable surveillance and privacy laws in your jurisdiction.
Acceptable use
You may not use the service to store unlawful content, to infringe others' rights, or to circumvent storage, capacity, or security controls. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms or that place the service at risk.
Billing and plans
Paid plans are billed according to the pricing presented at checkout. Retention and storage limits are tied to your active subscription. Lapsed payment may result in suspension and, after a grace period, deletion of stored recordings.
Disclaimer and limitation of liability
The service is provided on an "as is" basis. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including loss of recordings due to factors outside our reasonable control. This placeholder clause will be finalized during legal review.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the product evolves. Material changes will be communicated, and continued use after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
